Scope of services

Product descriptions, quantities, delivery timelines, and pricing are detailed in quotations or purchase orders. Any modifications must be confirmed in writing by both parties.

Client responsibilities

  • Provide accurate specifications, brand approvals, and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure timely confirmations for purchase orders and delivery schedules.
  • Arrange access for deliveries and acknowledge receipt with proof of delivery.

Pricing and payment

  • Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Invoices must be settled within the credit period agreed in writing.
  • Delayed payments may attract interest or affect subsequent deliveries.

Delivery

Delivery timelines are indicative. We coordinate with logistics partners to meet agreed schedules; however, external factors such as transport strikes, extreme weather, or regulatory inspections may cause delays. We will keep you informed and reschedule promptly.

Quality and returns

Goods are sourced from authorised suppliers. Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of receipt with supporting evidence. Returns or replacements are handled as per manufacturer policies and inspection outcomes.

Liability

Shreenath Enterprise is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from delays or product issues beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the invoice value of the goods or services in question.

Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government directives, or supply chain disruptions.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep commercial terms, drawings, and documentation confidential except where disclosure is legally required.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Tirupur, Tamil Nadu.
